1. Initial 1-hour consultation
2. Food Journal Analysis- Identifying areas of change or improvement and recommendations
3. Personalized lifestyle action plan (custom macros or plate balancing recommendations)
4. 6- 30 minute follow up appointments (2/month: In person, over zoom)
5. Access to tracking and compliance app for 3 months
6. Weekly check-ins via app for 1:1 coaching, accountability, recommendations and support
7. Mindfulness and mindset tools
8. Shopping guide, meal prep ideas and recipes
